convert lunar profiles to blc profiles

So I only use baldion for rbw but I main mc on lunar client, I really want to have my lunar profile on baldion because im only comfortable with my lunar settings. I searched this up and there is nothing about it.

you can export lunar profiles as a file, there should be a way to convert it to a blc profile and then you import the lunar profile to blc

This isnt possible in the slightest because Lunar and Blc are coded completely different and have different features/mods.

can be done, but pretty sure lunar doesn't want people to switch to another client

that's what every client does

so this is never happening I guess

Very much possible, get a list of each of the mods that they have in common, they usually have similar settings, find the names and how theyre stored in each config (they both use json to store mods and settings), then get the lunar mods.json, read it, get each value you need, convert them, and output them into the data.json that a badlion profile needs

its a bit of work but theoretically could be automated

unfortunately the way badlion stores settings is rather messy compared to lunar

this would not even be a good idea for lunar to implement

it would promote people more easily abandoning lunar client for blc

and the only benefit is when using blc

why would they want to help their competing client
