add crashpatch to 1.8.9 forge

incase some idiot decides to do /pv with neu even tho there was a message saying they have issues with it and he clicked the netherrack crimson isle section and his game crashed just sayin

its a mod that whenever your game crashes it says "your game crashed" and then it shows the problem and then you can return to the game without reopening it

this is me when using forge with mods i added

but when i play on lunar i ussualy use neu since its better fps with lunar for dungeons or bedwars if i play with my friend

i use the forge one specificly for farming since the skyhanni mouse lock feature and other famring features
