It would be a nice feature if they made Health indicator, like labymod has.

labymod lets you add whatever mod you want it also recomends you to not use it on most server so y should lunar spend the time and money to do it

but they don't i think i thinks it is just in there not reccomende mods so than that adds issue for servers
