People have been muted with only the message of "other" ,"toxicity", etc however some people get muted without even knowing what they've done. For example I was muted for "other" if staff would like people to actually follow the rules why not give proof to mutes. Being muted for things such as "other" without knowing what you've done thats broken a rule resulting into a mute is rather dumb if u ask me since you literally have no idea on what you've done wrong. Hence why I believe there should be screenshot proof of the thing you said along with your mute not to only validate a mute reason but to also show whats been done wrong that resulted into a mute so the user can learn from it.

Tickets on Discord punishments usually get a reply a month after your punishment has expired. This is what happened to tom before they left the server.

you could simply include a message link while executing the mute command. The bot would automatically store that message and send it as an image to your dms as punishment details

There's nothing wrong with this to be implemented unless you're against clarification? Takes no time to implement, makes things clear, people don't have to manually ask you for the reason they've been muted, there will be less false mutes, and makes appealing for false mutes easier for both the staff member and the punished user.
