fav mods

let it so that we can add a fav list of our mods so that when we make a new profile or want to edit a mod, instead of searching for the mod, clicking on it, and then editing it, we can instantly see the mods we have added to our fav list on top first, so that we can edit em fast, and maybe even add a new tab/section for only fav mods although it can be unnecessary

@spark monolith This suggestion doesn't really work because we already let you rearrange the mod list however you want so you can just drag your favorite ones to the top. After you're done rearranging them you can disable this in the settings so they always stay on the top
