My friend and I make videos sometimes, but our Minecraft Usernames are not want we want. (Mine has a YT at the end, his has numbers) I can customize my own Name, but I would have to change EVERYONES if I want to change his.
Make it so you can change specific players names.

unless it is obvious on your screen that their name has been changed, it seems like this could be misused to forge evidence of someone cheating, breaking the rules, etc.
could easily change your friends name to another username, then record a clip of them breaking the rules making it look like someone else did it

I get that, but you could do that with the options it already gives you. You just need to record your friend.
Adding this will change nothing, and only benefit.
You can mass-change other peoples names, so theres really no difference exept I want it for specific people.
