Lunar Client currently utilizes the Mumble Link mod; however, Mumble Link is extremely outdated and requires a third party software to be downloaded and a server for that software to be purchased. The software is also very complicated to use.

Simple Voice Chat is a mod that only requires a server to have the olugin enabled to work.
The majority of Youtubers that utilize proximity chat also use Simple Coice Chat as of recently. Since Lunar Client already uses a Fabric Client for the newer versions, this should be a simple addition.

vouch! requires installation on servers but all around a very good mod
