Hello there, I think it would be a great idea to add a “revamped” sounds mod. This can include things like hotbar scrolling, creative inventory scrolling sounds, inventory click sounds (can be depending on which item you click). I also think that an already existing mod would be super cool that is called Presence Footsteps. It revamps the sounds of footsteps on some or most blocks and just makes Minecraft sound so much better!
