Allow users to design their own skin in the skin category in the launcher. A good way to do this is to copy the default Bedrock system.

quality skin editing tools (such as Planet Minecrafts) wouldn't be easy for lunar to quickly do and really how hard is it to just download a skin from a skin editor itself
