if you set the time to 10 seconds and it explodes at 3 it would be useless

You guys don't understand what p said. The server themselves has to install the lunar client API to change the tnt timing like hypixel does. Really, you should be suggesting it in THEIR discord.

Our API just lets you change the time that's displayed on Lunar Client, since we assume that everything is set to the default time. Some other plugin lets the server admins change the real explosion time
