I love Lunar Client and I love each update they put out, I also understand that it takes a lot of work, effort and time to code everything added to the client. But, I have to say that I was pretty disappointed when I saw that the Minimap and the World Map was very buggy, slow, and not what I expected. I would love to see Lunar Client collaborate with xaero96 (on Curseforge) to add the "Xaero's Minimap" and the "Xaero's World Map" mod to the client. I launched Fabric with these 2 mods installed and compared it to the Lunar Client Minimap mod. The difference was really big. The performance of Xaero's World Map was much better than to Lunar Client's, which in some cases (in my testings) couldnt even load up. Also Xaero's World Map shows a much bigger space within that space of the screen. I'm sorry if you couldn't understand some points I made, I am not the best with this stuff, so ask me to elaborate if needed.

basically what im trying to say, is that lunar client's minimap mod is a very good idea, but it needs improving, a very good way to improve it, is to partner (which could be hard looking at how long it took to work with replay mod) with xaero, the creator of Xaero's World Map and Xaero's Minimap, which both are much better in both the minimap and world map category

thats wha tim saying, its not always possible to collaborate with people, an example here is replay mod, lunar client has been trying to have the mod in the client since 2021 and they finally pulled it off in 2023

im just suggesting a partnership which is gonna be good for the us the players

i explained it above as well, but i can elaborate again, its really laggy, sometimes doesnt even load the world map, the world map is way too small to load a lot of space in the screen, (xaero's is much bigger and much much much smoother)
