Free Cam [If you mean the mod that you seperate from your character and move around] Will not be added becasue its an unfair advantage. If you want to explore the word like that, replay mod does exactly that.
More mods are being added. the developers are always working hard :>

Yeap. Depends on what the mod is too. There is a version of this mod where you can hit players while not even looking at them.
But the main point is that free cam is banned in almost every Survival server. Why? You can find bases, spawners, chests and many more easily without trying.

Its not the same. You can block many things with plugins and you cant just go everywhere with replay mod
replay mod will allow you to go like...idk lets say 200 block (im sure its more than that) and free cam will let you go like 1k or more + you can look at them in real time
you can see EVERYTHING a player is doing without even being close to him
