I don't see how more coands than ban, unban and kick would be useful? If you you want more than that you can just create a minehut server for free

ban and unban isn't needed you can just restrict the access of your hosted world to specific people

and they're singleplayer worlds similar to lan so adding plugins isn't really the intended use for these i don't think
