Changing the height of shields and changing the sword size

I think it would be a great idea to make it so you can change the height of shields for 1.9+ and be able to make your sword look smaller on 1.8 and 1.9+, like in Feather Client where that mod is a thing, it would look pretty smooth and pretty good

you can already change the shield height from:
Mods > Settings > General > Shield height
