This would be the output :
1 : DONT use your max resolution.
2 : delete some files that you don't need no more
3 : for the love of god. DONT USE A 328x OR ABOVE TEXTURE PACK.
4 : try other clients, see which of them gives you the most FPS.
5 : delete your temp files. (Faq : where are temp files? Go to c:/users/(your username)/appdata/local/temp then delete everything that's inside of it.)
