so basically it would make it so when you open the launcher, its on the home page, which means you can just instantly open lunar

i don't understand, do you mean when you open the launcher it automatically starts up an instance?
cause that sounds kinda annoying.

It's not advisable, as every time you open the launcher and click "play game," it checks for new updates. If I understand correctly, what you want is a direct shortcut that opens with a specific version?
