#Raw Input, and raw input mod?

Please help me. i have mouse ROG HARPE ACE and this mouse is op :D But this mouse have 1000hz but minecraft supporting only 500hz.. on 1.20+ version is Raw Input and this thing fix my problem but on 1.8.9 somethink just like Raw input doesnt exist. my problem is that with longer mouse movement (2-4cm) my mouse gets extremely fast and this is what the Raw input could fix which I guess is not on 1.8.9. Anyway, I wanted to ask straight away if this could be added to lunar as a mod, because it's useful and at the same time a competing client has it too.
