Make optifine capes visible even when launching with fabric

I don't have any lunar cloak, and when using 1.20.1 with fabric it's sad to not have my optifne cape, maybe inbuilting the ability to have the opti cape on lunar would be cool

Thats not really lunars problem, they would prefer you to have a lunar cape over an optifine cape, the only reason optifine capes exist in lunar is that it is part of optifine
