Donate money to open source mods that lunar uses

I think this is a good idea because it would encourage further development of the mods that lunar uses by helping the devs

Many of these mods are licensed under copy left licenses, so donating money would be a good way to contribute to the mods, since lunar seems like it won't go open source for some reason.

And lunar def has money to spare cause they were able to pay a law firm, which can't have been cheap

they won't, i'm pretty sure they say "thanks for the suggestion!" to most of these, even the most unrealistic ones

some person wanted biomes o' plenty, and it has a "thanks for the suggestion!"

Yeahi think they say that for suggestions they wont probably add and the ones they might they might elaborate a little on

they should stleast have a small button in the corner of each mod’s menu that has a donation or goes to the mod’s link

Just seems kinda scummy to use a foss mod in a proprietary client and not pass along any of the profits

They don't want every hacked client based of their GUI etc.

all suggestions are gonna be looked at and people will decide if actually good enough to be considered or not.. sounds like ur just salty abt all ur suggestions not being added

Nah they definitely do that a bit. Even if it's not on purpose, suggestions end up getting ignored. Also they do say "thanks for the suggestion" if they just don't want to give a reason why they're not gonna implement it.

I don't see how that's that big of an issue, but sure. Hopefully they do donate at least
