This would provide a few benefits. Firstly, it would ensure full compliance with most of the open source mods being used, and would ensure that lunar no longer uses unethical loopholes to take advantage of other devs' work.
It would also allow lunar to add other mods, which they have historically not been able to add due to licensing issues, like skytils.
It would not necessarily dip into profits, as lunar could restrict people's use of cosmetics still, so they would still have to pay lunar money.
