Add chat mods for different international channels because for now chat mods can use only translator for checking that everything is okey, but the translator don’t always translate good enough and later it’s hard to explain that you mean something else

ChatMods are not chosen based on what language/s they speak, they need to to be good at moderating as well. Also from my experience even if we add language channels a lot of them are always really dead
