1.19.4 added a Directional damage tilt, which your screen shakes based on where you get hit from, however, with higher ping it becomes more buggy and weird to play with, so I think a setting in the Hurt Cam Mod to enable or disable it would be great.

I would also like to add that there is no negative consequences by adding this so I don't see a reason on why not doing so
