How do you create a ticket?
Step 1: Navigate to the #📩︱create-ticket channel and click the button to go to the support website. Alternatively, click here:
Step 2: Click “Sign Up” and create an account.
Step 3: Once you have created an account, click “New Support Ticket” as shown.
Step 4: Fill out all the relevant information regarding your issue or suggestion, submit and wait for a response.
