So roles called something like Windows, Mac, Linux or something like those. It would be especially helpful when helping someone in #📋︱community-support, since people could look at their roles and give them the correct information. (Like how to get to certain files) I think it would be fairly easy to set up, and it could also be added to the screen you see when you first join the server.
