Payment Support Issues

This is a post mainly for people who are buying other cosmetics for friends or players.
Lunar REALLY needs to put a system in where you are able to see others cosmetics or decline the payment if they already have that cosmetic.
It's quite irritating having to ask for a refund when you shouldn't be having to deal with refunds in the first place for something you didn't know another player had already.
Ofcourse you could ask your friend what cosmetic they want, but what if it's a surprise gift or just a random cosmetic of your choice?

they can still like do the option when you log in ur account to see your cosmetics would be nice, its actually so annoying having to make a refund

I mean, they should be able to add a way to see/view others cosmetics via website or in game rather than having people make tickets to get their money back everytime they buy a cosmetic someone already owns.

well you need to wait for 12hrs or 24hrs its not having issuse for payment go to #📩︱create-ticket make a ticket if they help you out

The thing is, it'd make everyones life easier if there was a viewing inventory system

so people wouldn't HAVE to make tickets because of cosmetics already owned on a account.

I suggested a cosmetic api a qhole ago and it was closed with a not "no" message but nothing has happened abt it

I already put that in there (Ofcourse you could ask your friend what cosmetic they want, but what if it's a surprise gift or just a random cosmetic of your choice?)

If its a surprise ask to look @ all of their cosmetics. Its not that hard.

This is a suggestion for Tebex more like as we don't have control over that I don't think.

I remember one time there was this option that you couldnt buy the cloak if you already have it.
it happend to me bc i opened a link and it said smth like "qippi already have this cloal" or smth.
Idk if it was that time or smth but it should be totally be an option

idk rly know abt that i agree with u but in the same time not , i mean what's the privacy in that if anyone can see ur cos..

i suggest a better one , when u log into The account in the store u won't see the cosmetics that he already had , that's would be better than let anyone see ur hole cosmetics..
