you could add different color glowing eye cosmetics.
i think they would look pretty cool and fit with some of the already existing cosmetics pretty well

I don't think this idea would work. Some skins have different eye locations etc.

this idea has merit if you can physically select pixel by pixel which you want to glow

#

also if you do that then it just becomes a 'make your head glow' cosmetic which is even cooler
