A lot of people in community support usually come to the channel with similar questions that can usually be answered by using a slash commands with instructions provided on the specific problem, but not many people know of this immediately. There should be something that says for users to check the slash commands to see if their problem can be self-remedied, instead of asking a question for someone else to answer with a simple keystroke that they could've done themselves. If that does not fix their problem or it does not coincide with any slash commands provided, then they can ask for more detailed help. Just a thought 🤷🏽♂️

that's also a very valid point. it does give community members the ability to help others out, and it can lead to them gaining experience if they were to pursue chatmod. i personally use it as well. i just feel that it can save others some stress that may be waiting for a response, so it's an interesting thought i had

yeah, i know
there should be a role for those in the community who help out well, but aren't staff
