There's some features that could be useful for staff in servers:
Chat abbreviation - example: @re > type ''reach'' in chat
Secondary chat for staff - Choose messages to be in the other side of the screen like a secondary chatt by using [STAFF]
Chat highlighter - sometimes staff gotta mute users and the chat highlighter would be usefull to highlight the forbbiden message
