I'm not sure if this type of mod already exists out there, but I think that there should be a mod on Lunar to completely remove or relocate the totem animation when it's used. It obstructs your view when being popped and is annoying sometimes. I don't think that this would be classified as an unfair advantage, but who knows.
Edit: There should also be an option to change the size of the animation on screen

I'm new to 1.19 and if you can do that in texturepacks, I didn't know that; however, it'd still be pretty useful to see this implemented as a mod on Lunar so I don't have to make modifications to texture packs.
