Fix FOV in Newer Versions

I use 78 FOV which might seem miniscule, but when playing 1.8 then switching to 1.19 or so, I can tell there is a FOV difference which is weird.

for me i just turn off dynamic fov and raise it in 1.9

I think you have the villiager fov rare bug. it spawns a villiager if you report a bug in #1070121335902175313 instead of getting support in #📋︱community-support
