I have been seeing a lot of suggestions for Hit Color Mod, and I agree with all of them, so I decided I would compile all of them in a single thread (there are 3).
(1) Brightness Slider
There is already a slider in the Hit Color Mod, when you put it to the max it shows the brightest color BUT it also covers the whole person in that color, it will be cool having the brightest color without the whole person being covered. I tried my best to explain this but in The 1st Picture you can see that the whole character is covered in bright red, so there should be a Brightness slider which lets you use the brightest color without covering the whole person.
(2) Legacy Enchant Glint Hit Color
Before Lunar Client was popular and everyone used Forge Orange's 1.7 Animations Mod, if an armor piece was enchanted, the hit color on that armor piece would be a brighter Red, this looked cool and it would be nice if there was an option in Lunar Client to make it look like that. Picture 2 shows an example of this, as you can see the player's Helmet is enchanted but nothing else is, so it shows a brighter Red color on the Helmet but normal Red on the other Armor pieces.
(3) Hit Color Accuracy in 1.8.9
This idea was suggested by @sharp parcel, he explained it well in his suggestion thread, I have posted a picture showing his explanation.
