Add a slider, where you can configure how loud your in-game volume is when you are not tabbed into the game.

yeah but then you have to change your volume every time you tab out or in
having an option where you can make the game automatically lower your volume when tabbed out is pretty useful imo

well maybe when I die in HCF, I don't want to hear people pvping in the death area, but I also don't want to manually lower my volume
