The ability to search for bugs before reporting them in the tickets. So we don't create duplicate bug reports, You can add new sections for "Bugs" Like:

Recently Created
Recently Fixed
Recently Updated

And searching for bugs before reporting just like discord suggestion we should search before suggesting to prevent duplicated suggestion.
This will save staff time and will save the player's time and maybe testers?
Just like minecraft bug website we can search for almost everything.

This would be even more work to implement and keep maintained, the current system works fine as agents go through all the tickets and deals with bug reports appropriately

I know it will take time to make this. But in the future will save a lot of time because lunar's community is expanding with time which means it will be messed up for other stuff...
