Add Roles to members and make commands channel

i suggest owners to make a role named member because all members doesn't have any role just white name, and make commands channel where people could use commands instead of typing it in chat.

bot channels are used to keep bot messages from impacting others, if nobody can see your bot messages, which is the case, then there is no point to having a seperate channel
