Lunar Network is finally over. And as said in the forums by Physci, They might do something in the future with the latest version. In this case, I think not just Lunar Network but Lunar Client also needs to improve their latest versions. Ever since the 1.12 update, Minecraft has been getting a downgrade on its performance and as we come closer to the future, Minecraft will definitely be un-playable without mods. Lunar needs to add more performance mods. for example, Feather Client, A really popular client for the latest versions of minecraft thanks to its "Custom Mods" feature. Let's be honest why do the players use Feather? Custom mods. Now we already know Lunar Client won't add Custom mods to their client, But the only thing they can do is to implement more performance mods. There's absolutely no way Lunar could compete with Feather in terms of performance in the latest version for the reason that Feather have Custom Mods. 1.8.9 is a really old version of minecraft, We could say that in the next year or two, The latest combat version would definitely overtake the older combat, Especially that the server MCCI Island is gonna open its doors for everyone soon. Moreover as said earlier, Lunar Network has something planned for us for the latest version. In short Moonsworth definitely needs to focus more on the latest version (Lunar Client), As 1.8 is a really old version of minecraft. I hope that this thread won't close anytime soon, So that players would notice this. And thus, only the latest version of minecraft holds the future of Lunar Client.
