Continuity is a fabric mod that allows you to use texture packs that use the Optifine CTM format. This would be helpful when using the Lunar + Sodium setting of Lunar Client, as you can't run Optifine with said setting. As of right now this is the only way to use texture packs that use Optifine CTM without actually running Optifine, but I might be wrong.
