#/purge command for Staff

Whenever a scammer posts scam messages in every channel they have to be deleted manually by staff, that should be an automated action by @wraith pulsar .

Such as:
/purge UserID:9874498498798987 Timeframe:1 Day

Additionally, in places such as ⁠👀︱looking-to-play , whenever there are a ton of irrelevant and mutable messages, the users are muted, but their messages aren't purged, bloating the channel.

This is a simple feature every moderation bot should and does have, and @wraith pulsar lacks it

I'm not talking about detection, I'm talking about once a user has been identified to be posting scam messages, it should only take one command to purge all of their recent messages in all channels. Recently a crypto scam account posted a advertising message in all the channels, the messages in all channels remained for oven an hour. Things like this should be easily handled, but currently are done manually and slowly

You can at least be more considerate of other people's ideas, and make sure that your wording is not trying to give offence to other people. The wording of the "truth" can impact on how the message is understood

Wording is very important, especially when talking in an online conversation where you cannot hear the tone, unless in a vc. That's why wording is especially important in online conversations

Instead of saying "That's a duplicate suggestion, use the search bar", an alternative could be "That's a really nice suggestion, but unfortunately, someone has already suggested it. Please take the time to search using the search bar, to make sure that you are not making a duplicate suggestion."

That way, the suggester can be encouraged to use the search bar feature, and have pride in their suggestions. By not taking into consideration that other people are also humans, some messages can cause harm that you may not know about.

I would like to bring up my previous point. Since I do not know what your tone is for that message, I have to assume what the tone is. And to me, I feel like that is an argumentative tone, which I do not appreciate. Alongside that, you can at least take into consideration that perhaps that your tone may be misinterpreted, and just take a few extra seconds to make sure that the wording of your message is appropriate

Secondly, discord isn't meant personally, you may be offended, peoples opinions may not coincide with yours, you may take something the wrong way, or mistakenly think something different to whats intended. If you take offense to peoples tone on a discord message, please keep it to yourself, this is a public platform, not a "feedback about how you speak session" I don't care what you say about me, but if you have a problem with me, DM me, and keep the suggestion on topic.
