Custom Day Cycle

custom day cycle
lets say normal day cycle is 14 min but in servers the time is frozen
if lunar can make custom cycle it would be awesome and if we would able to change the day length (like 5 min)
its a really cool mod

so for example in hypixel lobbies the time doesn't change but we'd be able to manipulate our own games so it looks like the time actually is changing?
