Make stack dropping toggleable

Just like togglesprint or togglesneak, it would be useful if we could toggle stack dropping (basically just Q would stack drop instead of control + Q). This would be pretty useful for certain gamemodes such as bedwars because I personally never have to drop a certain amount of items (or when I do, it's usually when I go into inventory to divide item stacks to share resources).

Also as a mac user, it would be useful in general without me having to change any game/pc keybinds to drop items instead of quitting the game.

TL;DR: Make it so we can toggle on stack dropping to stack drop with normal drop key

u have to hold ur drop stack button then click ur drop button
