My friend told me that LabyMod has a custom cape, wich you can design by yourself and I guess many people who are making resource packs or mods would definitely appreciate that.

Resource packs can add custom capes, but adding custom capes visible to everyone will never happen

While the feature is cool, there are many issues with this that'll make it hard for Lunar Client to moderate. The most obvious reason being the 'misuse' of the cosmetic. If you were allowed to add your own design to the cloak, imagine what other people could do, with malicious intent.
