Being able to transfer your Lunar Cosmetics over to different players.

When you go to the cosmetic menu you can transfer your selected cosmetic to the selected player.

@undone grail I closed this same suggestion already before, it's already been suggested before and most likely won't happen for a ton of reasons such as people selling cosmetics, transferring cosmetics that aren't allowed to be transferred etc
