idk about the custom sounds but they can add sound effects that everyone around could hear
for example : in the sledge emote when the sledge goes forward the sound effect of that will play;
the reindeer will make noise while we ride it(the emote);
in the flippin sexy emote there would be the sound of something falling down while we get on the ground
