#Allow the block overlay color opacity to be darker

In the block outline settings you can change the opacity of the block overlay color, but you can barely make it dark at all
For example: if you set the block overlay color to black, and turn opacity all the way down (where you completely see it), the color is still very dull and hard to see. Same for any other colors too

+1 BLC has this and it would feel nice to have the ability to have a darker overlay
