In some PvP modes is it really useful to see the opponents health and I remember that staffs had sad in similar threads that it is an " unfair advantage".

Most servers disallow this mod from being used including Hypixel. So this isn't getting added.

just try this in some survival default smp without any plugins
can you see their health?

the health head option is only available in some servers
