In-game GUI Customization

This mod would give us the ability to customize the in-game GUI more, like custom GUI scales for certain containers or GUI elements(Like chat, inventory, hotbar, etc) and being able to disable the dark background behind GUIs, I'll attach a couple screenshots demonstrating both(Screenshots are taken on Labymod + Forge but these features are also present on Badlion client)

This mod would be good for people who use labymod or badlion because they want their UI and hotbar or chat to be different sizes

But they didn't understand what I wanted to say and told me to use normal GUI scale

I honestly hope this gets added, i kinda want a slightly smaller hotbar

I don't thing it would be a slider, it may be just the normal GUI scaling, but separated into hotbar, crafting etc
