Movable chat bar and custom chat colour for textsexample: golden colour chat texts

Either we could change the entire chat colour or the default (white) colour only to avoid confusion in a server, customizable chat would be pretty cool

but the custom chat color i disagree on

Custom chat has already been suggested before and it might be implemented in the near future. However, color chat text probably not.

By "Custom chat" I mean everything from having category channels, movable chat, copy and paste features etc.
