More options to borderless fullscreen

Its not an option you just can, if you are in a menu and your cursor is visable you can just bring it to your other monitor

why would you need that? also borderless fullscreen can't really just change when it does that or not
also you would see the little transiton thing every time you opened your inventory

Turn off borderless and Alt-Tab when you need to use something. Boardless/Not boarderless are actual rendering modes, so it's not easy to change inbetween
