Add outlines to crosshairs again

As most of you know Lunar used to be able to put outlines on crosshairs that's no longer possible and that's also a pretty big reason why some people are going towards Badlion simply because of the crosshairs

you could put an american flag as your crosshair with a texture pack, you can do anything and more that the lunar mod has even been able to do
