Simple Lunar Shaders mod + FPS booster

Add a simple shaders mod that can show up in the Lunar settings and can be easily toggled on/off without having to download Forge and things

If not, add a toggle called FPS booster, which, when toggled on, automatically changes the required settings to allow for best FPS performance
