A way to disable “High Mouse Polling Rate!” notifications

You would have to do that in your mouse settings if I’m not mistaken

But if your mouse isn’t jittering when playing it’s fine

I still got the notification after setting the mouse’s polling rate to below 500 😭
And i didn’t felt like that changed anything for my in game aim so I changed it back x)

I noticed this happens frequently. New MC versions do not give any issues when using a high polling rate. But when using 1.8 or older the mouse movement is VERY jittery.

Decrease your polling rate, it largely increases your CPU usage too

This is because modern versions have raw input, older versions such as 1.8 do not. there are mods to fix this issue, but lunar does not have this fix, atleast yet

I recently decreased it, I don't notice a difference except my sens being decreased a bit but I only have to increase that slightly and it was fine

I do. It doesn't cause issues for me and can be helpful in some situations.

i literally Hate this warning. unapologetically rocking 2100 dpi 1000 polling rate and i do not care what lunar has to say, Fully support being able to disable this

add Raw Input (badlion has it, and its part of newer MC versions)

Raw Input would solve the issue

but also I noticed when using Raw input on newer versions/badlion, it makes your sensitivity feel slower

so maybe Lunar could do some epic maths to accommodate your sensitivity when Raw Input is enabled
